  3.   Tim Rider sold WildChat to PC Professionals on 10-16-93.  
  4.   This version (3.00) is EXACTLY the same version as 2.22 except 
  5.   that this version has new documentation to reflect the change 
  6.   in ownership.  This is the LAST released version of WildChat 
  7.   - all versions of WildChat released after this one will be refered 
  8.   to as "WildChat Professional" and version 1.0 (a MAJOR HUGE update!) 
  9.   will be released by PC Professionals in late 1993.  Call Pulp Culture 
  10.   Online Service to check out this new version and download a demo.  
  11.   PC Professionals will be handling all registrations and customer 
  12.   support for WildChat after this date so PLEASE dont bother Tim Rider

  43.   Basically, I cleaned up v2.16.  I was reading the wrong byte from
  44.   NODEINFO.DAT, so the local keyboard is always off except on local
  45.   nodes.  I fixed the file sharing, and file locking.  File locking
  46.   should work now.  I re-structured my program internally even more.

  48.   Note... I may have forgotten to document some changes, I forget
  49.   about many little bug fixes.

  52.   o The bad users list has been added.
  53.   o The /RECORD command for SysOps has been added.

  55.   o The message system has been fixed, there shouldn't be any more

  59.   o The /PAGE command had a tiny little bug which I fixed.

  61.   o The /TIME command was not subtracting the time a user has been
  62.     in the door from the user's total time limit, thus is would
  63.     display the same thing every time.
  64.   o Whispering can be accomplished with a partial user-ID if there
  65.     is only one user that matches the partial user-ID.
  66.   o The /MEM command has been expanded to display critical WildChat
  67.     system variables.  Also, it's a lot nicer looking.
  68.   o The /HAIL command has been added for SysOps.  It will send a
  69.     message to another node, and if the other node is awake, a
  70.     response will be sent back.  Very useful for testing if a node
  71.     is crashed, or if a user is asleep.
